The entire system is mainly composed of leather reading, nesting and cutting. The basic process is Leather Checking – Leather Reading - Nesting - Cutting.

Leather Checking: Check leather and mark unrecognized dark injury with anti-color mark pen, using special symbols to distinguish between leather rating. (This work can be done in the computer after leather reading)

Leather Reading: By industrial camera, pattern digitizing table and related software, it is responsible for reading leather information (outline, broken hole, scar, grade, etc.) and automatically generates vector format.

Nesting: The nesting software will follow the contour, defect points, pieces of information in the most cost-effective way to complete the automatic nesting, and issue the discharge report (such as the utilization, the finished quantity, the remaining quantity, etc.).

Cutting: Spreading leather on laser cutting bed, leather profile and nesting situation will be projected as red light by projector. Move graphics or leather to positioning, after the check and correct, laser can start cutting.
